In the middle of idyllic Denmark lies Kærshovedgård, a former prison that is now used as a deportation facility. Among the residents are Artin, a young Iranian bodybuilder, and Jahan, a Kurdish man who has recently discovered his passion for painting. In a hostile and bleak situation, Artin and Jahan search for ways to bring hope to their lives and the people around them.
